Your colon expels waste naturally - that's basically what it's for. The body's pretty great at getting rid of the stuff it doesn't need, or toilet paper companies would have gone out of business a long time ago!

If you're feeling "clogged up" it's probably something you need to get checked out. Colonics are basically placebos and can do damage.

Some lad I know had it and said he could see pieces of Lego and stuff he'd obviously eaten when he was little.
