Well, according to the Grauniad Quote Osborne is said to come up with many of his own one-liners, but he has also been helped with his key speeches in the past by his economic adviser, Rupert Harrison, and Daniel Finkelstein, the Tory peer and Times columnist. Well it made me laugh.
