Can anybody tell me if this is (a) expensive or (b) a long job? I'd imagine the mechanic concerned could probably let you know. Brake calipers can be pricey though it shouldn't be too long a job. Title: Re: Car help please Post by: Arriba on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, 09:10:33 Cheap and easy job. An hours Labour and the part which shouldn't be expensive.
A reliable back street garage shouldn't hurt the pocket too much. Title: Re: Car help please Post by: Bewster on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, 09:37:22 Had a calliper on my Honda CRV replaced last weekend (plus pads) - £167 and took about an hour.
