Nope nothing. I'd be on the phone If I was LP. Big banner on Virgin saying about us having bailiffs, which made me watch the crap, and not a thing.  I still feel unclean watching it. If anyone wants to be a bailiff, all you need to be is fat and thick it appears. What a bunch of shits.

I thought the Bailiffs came out of it looking quite good.  They were generally polite, got on with their jobs and offered sensible ways to pay the loans back.  They even let some dude keep his car so he could earn cash. 

The only fat thick people I saw were the borrow, borrow, borrow generation that think money grows on credit cards.  The majority had no intention of paying back debts whilst spending other people’s money on fast cars etc. They are the shits. 

No sign of town all evening.  Must be the same production guy/girl that works on the football league review and refuses to give us a 30min segment every week.

If last night was episode 3, then this suggests it'll be next week.

A whole week of supposition, unfounded rumour and predictions of impending doom from the usual parties. The TEF has been a bit quiet on that front lately.

I dont disagree that people shouldnt try to hide from their debts, but  you are saying you'd be fine to come home then and find them scrambling over fences and walls to try to find open windows to get in( Imagine if the cameras werent there, yes mlud found a door with a broken lock at the back) and then slap 30 grand on for them running over their official 2 hour waiting period?

I've now got a mental picture of bailiffs coming along, packing Kasim, Luongo and Byrne into straw-filled boxes and wheeling them away.

That’s not the fault of the so called fat useless bailiffs is it?  Clearly they are allowed to enter a property and take possessions to the value of the debt.  These weren’t aggressive loan sharks collecting £100 a week off addicts, and as I said they were as polite as they could have been given the circumstances. Let’s not forget these were High Court Bailiffs, meaning every case had been through the courts and verified by a judge.

In answering your question, yes I would expect them to do what they do.  If i’d been found guilty in the courts, and following appeal after appeal (to simply buy time) was ultimately ordered to pay over 500k (any amount for that matter)…….but then didn’t, the least I’d expect is law enforcement coming round to take my high value possessions and in turn try and claw back some of the debt.  Whereas you’re saying you’d hide indoors and not pay a dime.

Without sounding like page 5 of the Daily Heil, that is just wrong, but unfortunately a large sector of this country would disagree with me.  The same twats who blame teachers for their childrens bad behaviour and think they were missold interest only mortgages before the recession hit

Where the hell did I say I'd hide indoors? I'm saying although it went through the high courts and they are officials , some of what they do is borderline legal, and they seem make up the rules as they go along. And that's with the cameras there.

But it's not illegal.  They are allowed to enter properties to take items to the value of the debt.   That’s the law.  If they were smashing up properties that would be different and they’d need a formal warrant.  We can all speculate what people do when they are not on camera, but not sure that will get us far.  I do however, appreciate you didn’t say you’d hide in doors, but I bet you blame teachers for your kids being in prison.

Joking aside, my point is it annoys me that some borrow/steal/fraudulently acquire sums of money without any intention paying back….only for others (presumably not affected) to state that claiming it back by means of High Court Bailiff is too heavy handed.  I’m also not a callous cunt and appreciate a minority have a genuine sob story, unfortunately for them the large majority also have a made up sob story as proved last night.

Some fucking disgusting people out there - fair play to Stinson Hunter for what he does. There are parts I agree with, but some parts I'm not so sure about (the posting up of videos online before people are convicted - especially if they have families). No doubt it's effective in catching people though.

He goes after a lot of  real wrong uns out there. That said I wish he'd up his game a bit and maybe join forces with "Pie and Mash's Bill Maloney" and get some of the spanking school establishment nonces out there.

Yeah, it's a difficult one.  Clearly these people need catching and he did a good job of that, but you only have to get it wrong once and it could end very badly.  What’s more shocking is that a couple of blokes with an ipad and phone can get enough information to lead to 10 convictions.  Surely the police could put a bit more time and effort into this type of thing, which in turn would and stop vigilantes having to do it themselves.

He openly said if the police came knocking on his door he'd want to work with them. I have no doubt they should take him up on that offer - but also impose some 'regulations' on the way he does some things.

I think he does a cracking job and long may it continue
