Went down to the CG this afternoon to get the Brighton game put on the STs - the tannoy was definitely working if the noise coming from the ground was anything to go by!!  The guy who served me said was I aware that I have £5 credit on my season ticket?  I didn't realise that every purchase made in the shop qualifies for 10% cash back, credited to your season ticket.  I asked them why they didn't publicise it more and just got a "Dunno"!    :hmmm: :hmmm:

There must be an underlying reason on the floodlights, as I don't think I have ever seen them fully lit. Its probably along the lines of the bulbs were tesla prototypes and one only comes up on ebay every 5 years at 10k a pop.

But why do we need them fully lit? When wax the last time we had a night game called off through dodgy lights

I'm literally ecstatic about the public address system being fixed, I'm going to celebrate with some cheese and red wine once I get to my dad's gaff.

Not sure about jumping for joy, at least with it fixed the game will be on but the downside is that crass guy on the mic and the shit music they play!!

I had a look on the Brighton forum to see some comments about last nights' game and had to laugh at the amount of people who mentioned about the 'deafening' sound system!

In other news, did anyone else get a text from the club about tickets for the Coventry game? Do I get charged to receive these? I don't remember signing up to anything.

Indeed. Would have made some sense if season ticket holders could bring a friend for a reduced price or some such.
