The biggest one is PSG, whose Qatari owners were encouraged to 'invest' in PSG by none other than Michel Platini. Of course, UEFA need the money due to the massive losses they've run up due to the Euro Champs qualifiers TV deals now being centralised, due to the fact TV companies don't want to show a load of 'dead' qualification matches now 24 out of 54 teams qualify. It also turns complying with FFP into a fee - it's just the cost of doing business.
