Deserved ?

Pleased for him, but 4th on my list. Shocked Wes didn't win.

Personally wouldn't have voted him this season (he's been still been good but there's been better) but like most I couldn't be arsed to vote so I have no complaints.

Oh and he's a top man too and I genuinely believe it will mean a lot to him.

I would have voted if you'd win a season ticket, like the decades before. Poxford tight arses.

Very happy for Nathan but Wes or Pritchard probably deserved it more.

Very surprised but he and his brother show levels of commitment that we wish that the whole squad have.

I have to be honest I'm a little surprised he won, I thought he was pretty poor this season up until about February.

Only won because he is young, local (sort of) and has come through the system.  On performance he should have come 3rd or 4th

Didn't just win but won at a canter (53% of vote), interesting that Wes won the Washbag one (which was free to vote in), wonder how many votes were cast in each poll.

By that Logic his brother should have won - I think you could say Louis has done a better job than his brother this year.

There's probably something in that, I'm not quite sure what though.

I think Thompson has struggled a bit this season being asked to play without someone ahead of him on the right hand side. Wouldn't fault his effort and wouldn't say it's not entirely deserved, but wes or Pritchard have been the two players to have made most difference this season IMO

Totally agree.  For a sustained period he looked like he was carrying an injury and was totally off the pace.  I can't even remember him getting a mom at the CG?

Hasn't been as good as last year, Wes, McEvelely and Pritchard deserved it more IMO.

Was decent up until november when injured then suspended.
Ineffective till Ward dropped and then stepped up to the armband

Would have been Wes for me ( as the other 3 polls indicate )

Still, can only get better
