I've no idea who is in the right, legally. But I guess it's not clear, that's why a court case is happening. I've no idea what state the club is in. Whether bills are being paid. Whether power has invested this season. Etc. Etc. Any answers gratefully received. What a fucking mess. Again. I assume if there is some sort of shareholders agreement in place or Power doesn't own the majority stake. Not the end of the world, but it would be better to have these things tied up early, especially regarding Jmac and Troy if we're planning on keeping them.
