  MILES Storey will return to training with Swindon Town next week after the club decided against extending his loan spell at Shrewsbury Town.

I trust from his loan spell that he'll now be match sharp. Might be worth giving him and Smith a go up front at home. (I realise Cooper likes to pack the midfield though)

Start him next game with Smith upfront. He's fit and playing well, seems stupid to put him on the bench and our 4-5-1 no longer works.

The answer to all our prayers has returned, a striker that doesn't score goals is just what we need.

So, how many games without scoring before our notoriously tolerant fans start to shout abuse at him?

But to answer your question, he'll get an easier ride because he's a fans favourite. So I'll give him... three games.

When is Storey under contract until?

As others have said I would like to see him given a fair run of games. His finish against Coventry was top class and if he gets a chance I would fancy him to score. I guess we would have to tweak our tactics to accommodate him though which may hinder his playing time.

Our season is more or less over anyway so why not try him.

Storey was a good plan B vs Coventry :)

As I see it, Storey is the only Plan B we have - supplies a bit of pace which we are sadly lacking.  Would have loved to have seen Storey and Ranger play together on a long term basis.

Yep, especially if it involves more linking up ala Coventry. Seems like the ideal partnership.
