So with the launch of the new Xbox this Friday and the PS4 soon after, which consoles will the TEF gamers be punting on? Im still undecided as yet, but at the moment Im thinking the xbox will be for me

I've been down for a PS4 for months but have had to cancel the pre-order as  I simply can't afford it with Xmas and redundancy just around the corner. I'll end up with both at some point.

If I could afford either, I'd be getting a PS4. But I can't.

Both look amazing, but I'm too old now and the missus wouldn't appreciate it :)

PS4, but not yet. Probably after the first price drop in a year or two. I'll use the kids christmas/birthday as cover.

Screw them, the latest gen of consoles are just another way for the big games companies to control and analyse what you do.

Typically for me, I finally bought an xbox just before these new ones are coming out.  Let me know when the next generation of consoles is here and I might buy an xbox one.

I'm currently enjoying GTA IV.

My ps3 now resides in my sons room and I aint even played gta5 yet. My gaming days are over I think so won't be buying either.

I've been wearing my tinfoil hat for a couple of weeks now, it fits great.

PS4 all the way.

That's what I typically do. I ain't gonna pay full whack for something so I can be abused by 12 year olds whilst I'm trying to play.

PS4. Good way to spend some of my student loan.

Xbox One, using it for more than a gaming console in my room, hook up TV, netflix all of that to it alongside having a good gaming console, and Dead Rising 3 is coming out  :D

Whichever one is best to play 'Pong' on !

Both consoles on paper are pretty much same spec. Basically if your a Sony fanboy go for the PS4 or Xbox One if  your a Microsoft fanboy, simples.
