Title: Re: BBC News: Nile Ranger: Swindon Town confirm striker remains absent Post by: No Longer Posh Red on Saturday, March 29, 2014, 20:46:51 Regardless, My point still stands :-) Because he is a better footballer than most other strikers at this level. Being a bit of twat doesn't stop teams from wanting him. I know he is in a whole different level of ability, but look at Suarez, another grade A cunt (twice bitten opposition players & found guilty of racial abuse), but if Liverpool were to sell him there would be a host of clubs lining up to sign him because he is an exceptionally talented footballer. So the question is how can we carry on this run. Before Preston we hadn't played 4-4-2 for about 10 games.Title: Re: BBC News: Nile Ranger: Swindon Town confirm striker remains absent Post by: 4D on Saturday, March 29, 2014, 23:30:33 3-5-2 for the rest of the season

Title: Re: BBC News: Nile Ranger: Swindon Town confirm striker remains absent Post by: Benzel on Sunday, March 30, 2014, 09:18:05 Good job Cooper sent Storey away to sharpen up. Yep. Still find it odd that people at the game were sarcastically saying he should still be out on loan. There was an obvious purpose to it and we've benefitted from it so far. Title: Re: BBC News: Nile Ranger: Swindon Town confirm striker remains absent Post by: leefer on Sunday, March 30, 2014, 09:52:16 Who? Pritchard? Read the thread title Steve...it helps. Title: Re: BBC News: Nile Ranger: Swindon Town confirm striker remains absent Post by: sonicyouth on Sunday, March 30, 2014, 10:58:25 So three wins and a draw without him :hmmm: We've also lost 4 and drawn an additional 2 since his absence so since his last game against Col U, our record is P10 W3 D3 L4. Our overall record this season without him is P21 W8 D5 L8 and two of those wins were before he signed for the club. Are we a better team without him? Not really. Do these statistics prove anything? Not really. Is he a bit of a dick? Absolutely. Title: Re: Post by: Batch on Sunday, March 30, 2014, 12:18:53 If he wasn't a dick he may have actually played more and we'd be in the playoffs.
I can't work out if he's won us more points by being good or cost us more by being unavailable. |
