Nothing wrong with where they are now. The current facilities have been good enough for numerous promotion campaigns remember.

Same story ("application is in"/"we're moving to Calne"), same excuse when there's an unexpected delay ("Oh, not quite sorted, but it's the council holding things up dontcha know").
