Title: Reduced Ticket Prices for Walsall
Post by: Gnasher on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, 09:36:55
I went online to purchase my Notts Co and Walsall tickets this morning and saw that the Walsall tickets were only £15 for adults. I've not heard or received any publicity from the club on the reduction. Or is the system playing up again?!

Thanks Sonic. With a week to go until the game, you'd think it might be worth mentioning!

Good stuff, was planning on going to the DRS for this one so that's pretty helpful. If we pick up a win on Friday then we should get a decent crowd.

Nice. Helpful financially with two games within 5 days, I'd of likely of been going to both regardless. Gives me an option of maybe DRS or Arkells instead of Town End for this one.

Another slap in the face for season ticket holders.

Not really, we are getting free playoff tickets if we get there

See Walsall made a profit for the second year in a row. Fair play.

Good on them, decent achievement on the crowds they get. Very nearly pipped us to the playoffs as well.

Bringing some guys from work to this one, one of them is a Gillingham fan. Should be interesting!

I suggested this discount a while ago.

'Floodlit football for Fifteen'.

After looking in more detail about train times and prices from London, I can't be arsed going to this, which means we'll win, and handsomely

Cheers BO, how noble of you.

The reduction is good - although as BO says train prices from London are a stinker. Didn't help that having booked early enough to get a cheap(ish) ticket I've had to change the booking to a later train due to unforseen circumstances, reluctantly paying £20 to FGW for the privilege.

I see what you did there.
