Won't happen mind. Problem is, a lot of rape cases come down to the same as Arriba says- one persons word against another any very limited circumstantial evidence, with no other witnesses. You can't prove that the accuser is making a false accusation and it's likely that many of them aren't, but you can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that the rape occurred either. The rape conviction rate is very low compared to other crimes (http://www.theguardian.com/society/2013/apr/23/rape-conviction-rate-high - 63% is an all time high), and I suspect (although can't prove for obvious reasons) that 37% of rape cases are not false accusations.
