Seconded. Should free up a decent wage. Its a shame it hasn't worked out for Williams. Before his injury he looked as though he was going to be a great signing. Shame, but probably best he moves on as it doesn't appear he can play in our favoured formations. I'm not sure how useful he'll be there to be honest... and I think we need another striker. I am confident Ranger will come good in time once he is fit but he is a gamble and may not be here for too long if things don't turn out well with his trial.
That leaves Storey who I have made my views clear on. Needs a loan spell in League 2 really. Williams hasn't been the same since PdC went but I reckon we would miss him looking at our current options. He can also play out wide. Him going would leave us needing two strikers really. |
