  SWINDON Town have rebuffed an enquiry from Brentford for Wes Foderingham, telling the Bees their goalkeeper is not for sale.

Hardly sounds a substantial snub with the club saying they wouldn't sell Wes because 'the start of the season is so close'.

So 2 weeks ago they would have been prepared to sell?

There comes a point that selling players starts to affect the core and the sale if Wes would do just that.

I'm beginning to develop an irrational and somewhat juvenile dislike for Brentford.

And £400,000 is an insult.

Its not remotely irrational, they appear to be becoming the new Huddersfield.

However from our own sorry experience such bubbles of financial clout at this level rarely last, so soon they will be back shopping at Aldi with us.

We are way past that stage!

I too have a dislike for Brentford. I can't remember why though, maybe I'm getting them mixed up.

I think STFCFORLIFE has been smoking something very strong this morning.
