Richard on the excellent swindon town fc uk site has created a new thing on there, where you can go in and log all the matches you have ever seen Swindon play (if you can remember) and once it's all done you can see all sorts of things, including the players you have seen the most for Swindon, who scored the most goals, best records against teams, grounds you've been too etc.

It could take some time to complete, at the moment i've seen Fraser Digby in the most games and Duncan Shearer score the most goals.

You have to register on the site on the link below, then it's dead easy to follow from there. It's addictive (to me anyway), and i'm trying to remember all the games i've seen, some i'd forgotten i'd been too completely....

On first go (I'm sure I've missed a few) my most seen player is JP McGovern and the player I've seen score the most is Billy Paynter.

For opposition players, the most goals conceded is a tie between two equal cunts - Nicky Forster and Alex Revell.

I got bored,though I was amazed by some of home crowds in the late 80's.

Will take my some time to work out the 600 odd games I've done, will have get all my programmes out of the loft. Almost certain Super Sam will be my top scorer and someone disappointing like Duke or Hewlett for most appearances.

Mark Robinson is my most viewed Town player... depressing. Although I got to see Parkin score a shed-load. These stats also explain my hatred of Hayter, Revell, and Nicky Forster, who see to have ruined my day more often than Bobby Howe.

Indeed, its must be pretty tough unless you keep programmes or some other form of records.

I've got programmes from every game up until a couple of seasons ago, otherwise I'd never remember all the games I went to in a season 20 odd years ago when I was a kid.

This is ace.

This really is awesome.

I'm up to 622 games now, 298 Town wins & having scored 1013 goals.

Digby is my most watched Town player (255) with Chalkie having scored the most goals (80).

I gave up almost straight away as i cannot remember all the games i attended.

Just done this. I had to make a few guesses as I'm, an old git and never really kept much track of things. it looks like I've been to 740 games and seen 368 wins and 199 losses. The team most seen are the Scummers at 28. Been to Ashton Gate 12 times. Been to Scumlad 12 times - 10 at the Manor.
Player most seen is the Fridge.- 280 and good old Chalkie is the highest scorer at 78. Opponent most seen is Scummer Lewis followed by Bumchum.
I hadn't realised how much football I missed late 90s early 00s but my eldest was born late 94 and money was tight.
Been to 74 grounds as well - hadn't realised it was so high but only 45 current league grounds.
Oh and the website is absolutely fantastic.
