Title: Random website thread Post by: Jimmy Glass is an Alien on Saturday, March 30, 2013, 10:02:52 I don't know about you but when online I search the same websites in a loop, BBC, sky, TEF etc. what I need is a list of recommended websites I can visit.
I've recently stumbled across: http://www.pimpthatsnack.com/ Can any other TEF'ers recommend any thing I can browse. Title: Re: Random website thread Post by: BruceChatwin on Monday, April 1, 2013, 17:46:45 http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/adamcurtis/ (http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/adamcurtis/)
Is a great website to dip in and out of from the master of political paranoia Adam Curtis, albeit pretty much the total opposite of the one you posted. Posts like this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/adamcurtis/posts/hes_behind_you (http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/adamcurtis/posts/hes_behind_you) Are the kind of things he does fantastically: you go in thinking you are going to read about a story you know well and come out with a completely different perspective on it questioning everything you'd previously been told. http://www.straightdope.com/ The first site I've barely used, but love the idea. The second I used to live on while at work.
