Title: Recovering a Partial Back Up Post by: herthab on Sunday, March 24, 2013, 18:06:27 My other half had to restore her laptop back to the factory settings, but only backed up some of her stuff on DVD. Now she's unable to open said disc to download her files. It's photos that she's mainly worried about. Any ideas?
