I've done this hundreds of times and have never had a problem. As long as it is cooked fresh and properly, cools before chilling and is piping hot when reheated you should have no problems. This is an opportunity to trot out one of those pointless bits of knowledge that stick in your mind. Re-fried beans haven't been fried more than once. The name is a mistranslation of the spanish "frijoles refritos" which means "well fried beans" not re-fried beans. I have no idea why I know this.
