Sorry if I'm preaching to the converted but if you haven't please do join the trust. I know it's, naturally, not been the most active body over the last few years, but now is the perfect time to change that.

That riled me earlier on and I - along with a few others - replied to it.  The comments further down do seem a little more sympathetic to what the Trust is trying to achieve.

I'd been meaning to renew, and have just done so.  Thanks for the prompt!

That was a long time ago. The thisis forum was effectively killed off when they changed the format and left Stilton and the ubermong Red Ken talking to themselves.

The current comments section isn't really a forum....because the agenda is always set by a journalist. Monkey fulfils that role on here, but there is scope for creative thought here, not available on thisis.

Have you seen the thisis forum? It is absolutely dead now.

I'd imagine the owners like it that way....freedom of thought is a dangerous thing.
