HEAD TO HEAD: A brief history between Swindon Town and Hartlepool

UP UNTIL six years ago, the County Ground was not a happy hunting ground for Hartlepool.

I always think of Hartlepool as a bit of a bogey team for us.

Wierd really because they have only beaten us 6 times ever in 28 meetings.

Yes we have gone 3 home games without beating them but prior to that we did pretty well at home against them with only 1 defeat in 11 games at the CG.

It's an Andy Monkhouse thing.

Forgot about him. In the last 3 games he has played 10 minutes as a sub, unused sub and 7 minutes as a sub.

Lets hope he isn't involved on Saturday as he IS a bogey player.

He is a bit of a bogey player indeed but let Nathan Thompsn clatter him early on and he will go missing if he does play :)

Storey and Oakley are back in contention so we may come close to filling the bench tomorrow.

HUZZAH!
