Well as far as I am aware, none of them of gone anywhere else as yet so we must be in with a chance of getting them again as long as takeover is is ratified in the next few days.

They can't have gone anywhere else yet because the window is shut.

Of course there is still a chance though. On the recent podcast it we mentioned the Charlton lads were coming here because we offered the best package to Charlton. I doubt what we are willing to offer is likely to change in just a few days.

We could still get gazumped though or they may not be interested now after perhaps feel as though they have been fucked around.... or something. That's just speculation though.

The loan window opens again on Friday 8th so expect things to happen before the weekend.

Personally Im very doubtful that the takeover will be ratified as quickly as everyone seems to be expecting. The FL will take as long as they want, it wont matter to them if a loan signing or two go to other clubs instead.

I think Andy Williams is going to be integral to how quickly the takeover gets ratified by the Football League

If the next loan window is for emergancy loans only, and the maximum an emergancy loan can last is 93 days. Would we not need to wait to try to loan them till the 17th February just in case we end up at Wembley on the 19th May?

And risk having other clubs snap them up?

That's what I mean are we potentially damned if we do and damned if we don't?

How about we sign them up ASAP and go for the top 2? Rather than playing more games with a 13-man squad and losing ground on promotion rivals.

I thought Loans got automatically extended into the play-offs? Isn't that what happened with Danny Ward a few years ago?

I thought it was said that as they signed before the deadline, they will be normal loans to end of season, not emergency.
