Huddersfield finished the season really well and I expect them to do well this season too, Forest won't do as well as most people predict either. This now means that Forest will probably thump them! Title: Weekend Betting Post by: Dazzza on Wednesday, August 3, 2005, 22:23:36 Have to agree will be poor odds as well. Can see Huddersfield happily taking a point.
Tempted on Wycombe but JG in charge puts me off. Title: Weekend Betting Post by: Bedford Red on Wednesday, August 3, 2005, 22:27:16 Everybody seems to be predicting them to win the league, or at least go up automatically.
On Three Counties Radio (Local BBC Radio for Beds/Herts/Bucks) they were saying what good football they were playing after Gorman took over last year and performances and results did improve. Again that's a hard match to predict as Carlisle have just come up and I think they will do reasonably well. I agree with Norwich and Derby, Swansea's hard to call again. Normally I would go with Tranmere because I think they'll have a good season again and I can see Swansea struggling but it's the first game in their new stadium, big crows etc which could make a difference.
