Title: Player ratings. Post by: Kinky Tom on Wednesday, August 3, 2005, 11:39:57 OK I suggested a while ago that we compile all the players ratings throughout the season so we can come up with a definitive player of the season.
If we all give each man a rating out of ten for each game we can add it all up throughout the season and give each man an average rating. The player with the highest rating will of course be thetownend.com player of the season. Naturally we'd have to say that in order to be player of the season a player must play a minimum number of games throughout the season - 30 games seem OK? Everybody agree that this is a good idea, or is it a pipe dream? I don't mind taking control of this and tabulating the results each week. Title: Player ratings. A poll for each match with the line-up, looking something like: Evans 1 _ 2 _ 3 _ 4 _ 5 _ 6_ 7_ 8 _ 9_ 10_ O'Hanlon 1 _ 2 _ 3 _ 4 _ 5 _ 6_ 7_ 8 _ 9_ 10_ etc. You could then just put the results per game somewhere.
