My skoda does the same. Just whack the air con on. It doesn't help with it being cold outside but warm inside the car.

Anyone notice how with aircon you get into a vicious cycle?

Once I've used it to demist, when I go back to normal air for demisting, the first few times it seems to make it worse and takes a very, very long time for the car to appear to reacclimatise to the more moist air.

Yes, thats why I try to avoid it - but once the heater is blowing hot you should be ok - in the front anyway.

My old car use to steam up terribly, and I found that the spare tyre well was flooded, once I sorted that out it was fine.

Change the pollen filter. Also it's worse if you smoke in the car, moisture seems to love the residue it leaves.

Seat Leons are notorious for this. It'll be the door seals letting water in. Google it.
