Weird if that has happened Vale have also got Pope the football league leading scorer who they are trying to hold onto so perhaps they are looking at Hughes as a replacement. It's strange that Vale or County haven't mentioned this loan though. The County fans are gutted by the sounds of it. The local press seem fairly sure of it. I know Vale are doing well at the moment but this just seems a strange transfer. A bit when like Mooney left us and went down the road.
