I love the stuff. Eaten a wide range in my time, brain, liver, kidney, pancreas, sweetbreads, heart, head, tongue. Most of it has been very nice.

Heart is tasty, particularly chicken heart.

I had an ox-tongue stew recently which was tasty but I couldn't finish it. I couldn't finish it because the tongue was still whole and it's not exactly what you want to see in a stew. I would have scoffed the lot if the tongue was diced or something.

Kidneys, liver and tripe are all things I like.

I have never tried any of the others, but I probably would as long as I didn't know what I was eating beforehand.

Organs are disgusting, and you are all going to hell.

Yep.

I can cope with liver, and kidneys in a pie but nothing else.

I guess I've eaten the rest in those cheap sausages!

Oh,well in that case I quite like pate, and foie gras (I know I know).

And other things I like that are disgusting if you think about it : black pudding.

Have to agree with you there.  Black pudding is fantastic.

If I win the lottery I would like to employ you as my personal butcher, bringing me offal on demand.

If you like a cooked breakfast try pan frying some lamb kineys in a little butter. make sure the core has been trimmed out first and just gently fry. omg i'm salivating.

A few years ago I went to a league match in darkest Peru and at half time they were selling whole roast cows hearts on a stick!  :eek:
