Any of you guys suffer with chafing? What do you use if anything to sort it?

If I play a long innings in cricket, I suffer terribly with chafing! I've found prevention is better than cure - go with Vaseline on between the thighs. Works a treat and it's fairly water resistant if you suffer with the netting part of your shorts when you go swimming like me!

On my bike I use chamois butter - works really well.

When I was fatt(er) cunt I used to get chaffing a lot. Had a cream for it called timodine I think. It stank but worked wonders on my inner thighs.

I dunno whether to laugh or have a fred elliot style  rant.

You need to loosen up CS...the world isn't like it used to be, there are fellas about now who do all sorts of things with male personal products for which they'd have got a good kicking once upon a time.  Be grateful that there are still some old skool fellas about who stink of sweat, beer and fags...

What I hate is the likes of Costa/Starbucks/Pret a Manger. In my world there are 3 types of coffee. Espresso, coffee, and cappuccino. None of this skinny latte bollocks.

Yes, I'd probably hate them if I knew what they were...in my world there is one type of coffee, that which comes out of a jar.

Don't drink the stuff myself, but need to keep a jar around because birds seem to like it...

Actually I do have a vague knowledge of the aforementioned places, seem to be the sort of place that birds can't get past, without stopping for a rabbit, between mega spending expeditions, on pointless crap.  You also get some blokes in them as well, probably because they get chafing, while being dragged around, like obedient dogs.

That reminds me, I was learning about Habsburgian peasantry today, the more I heard the more I wanted to sign up and travel back in time. We see peasants as having a hard life working the land but in reality they only worked a few hours a day and spent the rest of the day drinking brandy in their barn.
