Well you failed to make sure your player was respectful on the pitch. He had barely been booed that night because people couldn't muster the energy to be bothered (compare with Austin who was 100 times the player for us and got serious abuse despite rose being much the more deserving) and yet still decided to taunt the fans at length. He brought everything on himself when he did that, and while i can't condone those sorts of comments, they were predictably going to crop up from some sections of our support base once he'd chosen to provoke them like that, and i won't muster any sympathy for him either. |
