My laptop battery was fucked - the minute you un-charged it the laptop died. So I bought a new one, which arrived today. Plugged it in about 15 minutes ago, but it's still saying no charge. Do I need to do something special, wait a bit longer or is there possibly something else wrong with the laptop?
