Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: Peter Venkman on Saturday, August 11, 2012, 15:44:32 The Pompey team
Santiago, Magri, Ifil, Grant, Butler, Compton, Colson, Wallace, Djilali, Higgins, D.Thompson They are struggling to put together a team, thats a team almost all made of trialists and youths. Although nothing to do with the Jerel, I see that Hpool got a right stuffing at Crewe in the LC today. 5-0. Sort of result that might see them a lot harder to beat next week. Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: walcot red on Saturday, August 11, 2012, 16:20:45 might take my boots down to fratton park, always wanted to play football as a pro. :D

Apparently Hartlepool played awful today, as you say it may have a galvanizing effect on them or they may actually be that shit.Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: kerry red on Saturday, August 11, 2012, 16:28:50 Rather they lost 5-0 than won 5-0

Their full backs got a right slagging by their fans, so its all down to Ritchie and Roberts to make sure they have another torrid game. I think its fairly safe to say that there probably aren't a better pair of wingers in this league than those two.Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: Reg Smeeton on Saturday, August 11, 2012, 16:37:17 Apparently Hartlepool played awful today, as you say it may have a galvanizing effect on them or they may actually be that shit. Let's hope they are shite....although Crewe were a form team at the end of last season, and look to be continuing Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: Peter Venkman on Saturday, August 11, 2012, 16:43:51 Let's hope they are shite....although Crewe were a form team at the end of last season, and look to be continuing I think that was their 20th game without defeat, impressive. And add to that all 11 games pre season unbeaten as well. Hopefully we'll keep that going.... Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: Batch on Sunday, August 12, 2012, 07:06:31 Didn't realise there were so many LC games yesterday. DW didn't have the best of starts to his second season:
Sheff Utd 2 Burton 2 (Burton win 5-4 on pens) Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: Jimmy Glass is an Alien on Sunday, August 12, 2012, 07:12:41 Yeah wih some god performances in that as well. Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: leefer on Sunday, August 12, 2012, 13:38:19 Jerel gave us good service.....got a feeling he would have done well under Di Canio.
Had some stinking games but a good honest player who gave his all....good luck Jeril. Title: Re: Jerel Ifil Post by: Batch on Sunday, August 12, 2012, 13:45:20 Got no problem with Ifil. Nearly had "it" but passing was awful and he couldn't cut out the mistakes. Real shame if he doesn't get a club.
Actually Flint's passing reminds me Ifil at times, probably why PDC is seemingly favouring Archie at the moment. |
