If a company set it up for you, you should contact them to renew. It's available to buy again so you could do it yourself through someone like 123-reg, but if you don't know anything about your nameservers then you won't be able to get it to actually point to your website. It looks as though someone's hijacked your domain name and registered it in the last 10 minutes, no doubt because of several whois searches being performed on the domain.
