Sam's a Swindon fan and I'm pretty sure he was at the Adver (albeit in Payne's and Warren's) role at some point in the past.

I have spoke to Sam a few times and he is a very polite and pleasant person and I personally don't see the change affecting the fans too much and if anything could be better, as long as the tweets and updates continue, the fans do love to be kept updated.
