Very highly rated sometimes goes missing in games, may well stand out at this level.

I reckon he's on last chance alley. If paolo can't knock him into shape, then he'd best get his burger flipping skills up to scratch, would be my take on it. Clearly talented but too much too early possibly. Wasn't he the kid that went for several million when he was 15 or 16?

Saw him play a couple of times for Palace when he first got in their team, he looked a real talent.

More of a Ferry than a Smith/Risser/Cox, reckon he would do a great job at this level.

Its a fact that some players do well at some clubs and badly at others.  Charlton didn't rate Benson.  Southend really rate Timlin.  Many decent clubs did rate Prutton - I'm fairly sure he is a decent player, and it just didn't work out here.  Same for (and I'm sure I'll be banned for this) Jamie Cureton. 

So the way I see it, he's a Simon Ferry that can score goals? (and some pretty special ones at that!)

Just spoke to my mate who is a Sheff Wed STH. He said that he didn't really shine however they did play him on the wing. He says that its obvious that he is a centre mid.

I think that this could be a fantastic player at this level. What is does suggest is the quality of player that we are attracting is, for this level, and to parapraise, the great man "Amazing!"

Maybe I'm stating the obvious but it seems to me we are scouting, trialling and recruiting with next season in mind already.

Just to be clear this seems good to me! Also strengthens us for the run in too and keeps everyone on their toes.

He won't be here permanently next season I very much doubt, but this will set him up for a season long loan next year if it works out well for both parties.

Harry has said in the past he does rate him and thats good, I think we onlt have him because of Paolos friendship with Harry.

The extension to the dressing room is the first stage of the CG redevelopment.

Lots of defensive midfielders but as Mr Flashheart says we have no attacking midfielders in the squad as back up for Ferry, and its a long run in to the title we need as many class players in as we can get.

As long as the wage budget supports it, we could have a squad of 100 for all I care.

 Bostock was supposed to be the saviour of English football when Spurs stole him from Palace...so I was interested to see him playing for an England Under something or other a year or so ago...he was terrible, well in a sort of not living up to the big billing way. Should have stayed at Palace...

I know we shouldn't judge a player after one start and a couple of sub appearances, but I am a Swindon fan and thats what we do. Just don't think he'll be good enough for League One next season.

I don't know about unbalancing the team, I thik it would not be a good move for the sake of the morale amongst the players who have got us there.  Feed them in as and when - no problem, but not on Sunday.

Bizarre.

Great potential but massive ego and terrible attitude is what I'm hearing but, as we all know, if anyone can get the best out of a player, then it's Paolo. Hope Bostock really takes his chance here; I'm sure he'll have heard about what happened to Clarke and to a lesser extent Montano, so he'll definitely have to be on his toes and up for making an impact. At the very least, it gives us some form of cover for Ferry who we really have become too reliant on.

As for Bodin, I honestly can't understand this one. The Torquay move did him the world of good and he came back with some good League Two experience and chomping at the bit to be involved here. Paolo didn't let him return there because he wanted him involved here, yet he's readily let him go to Crewe when, in my opinion, he offers us something more significant up front than both Tehoue and Murray. Either way, I hope this temporary move is exactly that: temporary. Massive, massive potential to be a star and would like him to be here next season.

Or maybe he saw Torquays climb up the table as a bit of a threat....with Bodin,s goals doing the damage as the reason he didn't go back to Torquay.

I just watched his interview and he seems like a nice bloke, who comes across as level headed, with no arrogance or attitude. I think he's going to fit in well.

I would assume him and Foderingham know each other, both coming up the youth ranks at Crystal Palace at similar times, hopefully will help him settle and if he does well hopefully Wes can have a little word.
