Bit surprised by this, obviously stronger is better but we have Cox and Risser as cover. Ferry looked 'back' on Tuesday.

Fotheringham is a highly rated player and signing him will be good news, more the merrier I guess

Ferry's summer replacement also lined up then.  Just Caddis mk2 required now.

only if a championship club come in will Ferry leave. And if he does, all the best to him.

We've yet to sign replacements for Flint, McCormack, Richie and Fodders as well. Worrying times.

Decent player from what I recall of him. More Smith like than Ferry though.

If he's more of a Smith than a Ferry, do we need this guy?

The more quality the better IMO and this guy has a good pedigree.

Don't know what type of player he is though, whether a box to box or a tackler.

Looks like he has been kicked out of a few clubs, still he obviously has talent worth a punt till the end of the season at least.

Any idea why he was released by Livi?

His bookings/games ratio looks interesting

Total appearances 12; Goals 2; Yellow cards 5; Red cards 1

Had a look on the Livi forum looks like he was on a short term pay per play deal just to put himself in the shop window

Alot of them rated him highly and classed him as a tough tackling midfielder, good at set peices with a good eye for a pass

One of my mates is a Norwich Season Ticket holder. I sent him a text asking if Fotheringham was any good. This is the response.

"NOOOOOOO! Do not touch with a massive bargepole. A disgrace when he played. Possibly one of the worst ever to wear yellow. Terrible attitude - thought he was the best player in the world. Hated here. Voted as worst Norwich player of recent times. Spleen vented - but you catch my drift."

Don't think he liked him much.

I think that's pretty much what the majority of Charlton fans would have said about Alan McCormack :hmmm:

Got every single Rothmans fron the original in 1970/71 which is now worth about £200

And what QPR said about Clarke :)

If PDC likes him that is all that matters.

Got every edition 'til it became "Sky Sports FYB"-time to get out then for me.
