And Crawley are struggling to take 400 to Hull City, utterly pathetic, yes I know its a bit further than we have to go but 400 is quite frankly rubbish.

And Hull is the biggest shithole in England apparently. If we drew Hull I wouldn't be bothering to make the effort I am this weekend personally.

No it's not!  They're a non-League club with a non-League fan base whose owner has paid for a couple of promotions.  You can buy a League place, but you can't buy fans to sit in the ground.

I'm aware that Leicester is not the nicest place in England, but its only an hour from London so  was reachable. I don't know how far of a train journey London to Hull is but I don't think the logistics would have made it possible.

As my gf lives in England, I try and come over as often as possible to kill 2 birds with one stone, (so to speak!!) She knows almost nothing about football so I was able to use the glamour of the FA Cup to get to spend the weekend seeing her, and going to the match. Winner!!

I read that Leicester had some lovely Roman architecture. Am I going to be disappointed?

Head to Jewry Wall, that's about it.  Successive councils have destoryed a lot of fine history.  But if you're after curry, crisps and pants, Leicester has it all.

Leicester is like most big cities, few shit areas, few nice areas and a lot inbetween.

Luton is a shit hole in the purest sense of the word! I didn't think much of Huddersfield, Rotherham or Moss side when we played at Maine Road either (although I appreciate Manchester's got its good bits)
