Title: Room for rent
Post by: Asher on Tuesday, July 19, 2005, 08:02:20
Been 9 months since my last housemate and now debating going to aus for a month at christmas.  As I dont want to cut back on my social life and spending etc I thought id think about getting another lodger in.

If anyone knows anyone who is looking for a double room in modern house can you PM me.  Broadband, sky etc and bills included.  Ive had women and men as lodgers and in honesty would prefer a women as you arent likely to walk in on a fatty getting pounded on a saturday night?!?!

depends on the room etc mate and location, im in west swindon in a quiet cul-de-sac.  Double room and furnished (nicely) house is all ok with pretty modern stuff id say so I am looking around £300 a month.

Most people charge between £275 - £325 for a month.  If I can be bothered id put it in teh adver for a week (£38) and ive always found a tenant within a week.  At the moment I am just thinking about it and seeing if anyone knows anyone, if not I probably wont bother.
