Wray said on the official site that players would start going out on loan this week.  Who do you think will be off (& I know loads of you are gunna say get rid of Devera!).

I think the following will be loaned out:

- Evans
- Pavett (if the terms of his Samsung contract allow)
- Timlin
- Amankwaah
- Scott
- Clark (Matthew)

Have heard that a couple may be off to Ciren.

we need to get centre mids in either on loan or permanant.

Think Timlin will be gone and I think he willl be glad to be gone if rumours are true. Southend or possibly a league one team seems the most likely of destinations. Hope Manks stays because he is what we need at this level, Big Tall Strong and Fast, the perfect mix for Div 4

Timlin, Manks and Bodin I reckon.

Bit of a strange one with Manks.Is he/ has he been injured?If not then I don't understand why he's not in the side.Get the distinct feeling he will be gone by the time the transfer window closes, I hope he stays though,very much agree with your analysis of him.

Timlin and Manks definitely have a role to play.  Manks could be an outstanding right back in this division, and him and Caddis on the right flank is a salavating proposition.  Manks is a busy player, and has someone said, his physicality would frighten opposing wingers.

Likewise, Timlin is a decent midfielder and can cut it in League One, so again should be a very handy player at this level.  Timlin reminds me of Grant Smith - the forgotten man who when he came into the team and played in his rightful position was a revelation for a while until he was poached.

For me, Bodin is the only obvious candidate to be loaned out.  

I don't want to see any of our more senior players link up with L2 clubs. Hopefully Bath City, Forest Green and Newport County will be willing to take some of our fringe players on.

Evans, Scott, Bodin, De Vita, Manks, Storey and Timlin to go out on loan IMO.

What rumours about Timlin?

Given the signing of Gabilondo and Esajas along with Ritchie already being here I wonder if Atiku will be sent out on loan? Problem is he won't be on anyone's radar yet as they won't have seen him play.

I wonder if we should try to forge links with Forest Green seeing as Hockaday is the boss there. Get a few of them out to play Conference level.

I'm still a big fan of Amankwaah - offers us so much defensively and going forward.  Really hope there is still room for him somewhere.

I've been angling for a move for ages

Bodin, Timlin, Manks and possibly Thompson.

Manks would be good at this level, big solid and strong and good going forward but there is no way he will displace Caddis, unless Caddis plays as a winger and I dont think PdC wants him as a winger he seems to prefer him at RB.

Thompson I feel would benefit from 1st team games elsewhere to get him up to pace for our 1st team, the same goes for Bodin, who I feel is far too lightweight and needs games and building up before he plays again for us.

Timlin I think will leave ASAP now after the fall out, loan with a view to a permanent move.

I think J Smith and De Vita would benefot from games on loan but I cant see PdC sending them out on loan as it would be a blow to their confidence after recently signing for us.

I think Will Evans will be leaving 'Apparently he is not Di Canio's type of player'.  Or thats what was said during a pre-season friendly when he asked to come on and Di Canio turned him down.

Braintree wanted him on loan in pre-season but he wasn't keen. Will be at Ciren soon enough I would have thought.

I like that idea. We could arrange a swap deal with another forum - they get some of our members and we get some of theirs. Do it for a week and you're not allowed to post on your 'home' forum during the loan period. Would mix things up a bit.

Was told tonight by my 'sauce' that Billy Bodin is going to Torquay on loan. Will Evans is training with Hereford tomorrow before completing a 6 month loan move.
