Title: Crawley away

Nah too far for me....

Tuesday's a busy night out in Crawley, although its airport night so the clubs tend to be populated mostly by queers.

Toying with the idea of taking the following day off work and having a bit of a session on the Tuesday, although I made a bit of a pilchard out of myself last year in the cup game....

I couldn't understand why no one would join in my chants of "Juve, Juve number 9"....

I'll probably go. Looking forward to it, really hope we stuff them.

Just read that you can only terrace tickets from Swindon, which is a bit shit. I'll have to get mine on saturday.

Bit unclear on the OS. Does it mean only terrace tickets (not seating) can be bought at Swindon? Or does it mean terrace tickets can't be bought on the day?

That's what I got from it, might have to give them a call tomorrow, would much rather be on the terrace.

You can buy tickets at the ground on Tuesday from 5pm until kick-off for both seating and terrace, although cannot guarantee there will be any seating left.

Anyone getting the train from Victoria?

Yes. Was surprised how cheap it was and only takes 45mins-hour to get there from Victoria.

Easiest route for me from Ox, if I can get away from work early.

Will go if I can handsomely profit from a few bets this weekend. Can someone enlighten me, why the aggro towards Steve Evans? As for Crawley being big spenders, I might be in a minority, but is that reason enough to dislike them?

That is the best way and easiest, the Bracknell,Guildford run is hard work and you have as much chance as hitting bad traffic.

Any ideas how much the away end holds at Crawley ? Stadium only holds just under 5,000 so can't imagine it will be that much.

Up to 1,600. Given that we'll only take about 500 I wouldn't worry too much!

There was one on the way to the ground if you're going from the train station... Might have been the Half Moon? Plenty of Town fans in there last time.

Yeah the london boys are meeting in the half moon, it's just a few mins from the ground.

Residential around the Half Moon is pretty easy (didn't have any 'no football parking' signs last time) or at the stadium for a few quid.

Dont remember one. Do what we did last year, ring a cab when leaving the ground and ask for a pick up at the half moon, by the time you get there the cab arrives. I made a train just after 10.
