Title: Reading tickets
Post by: LJ9 on Thursday, July 28, 2011, 09:44:04
Can you buy over the phone or is it pay on the day?

Been trying to ring the ticket office over the last couple of days but with no luck. I've left my name and number but nobody has rung me back.

Is this the norm??

Also, the message you listen to when you ring, really could do with an update!!

just did that tans.

they put me through and after a minute of constant ringing someone picked up and put the phone down.

what a bunch of c****!! If they are busy get more fucking people in there!!

Surely they understand the need considering it's Town's first home game (albeit a friendly) of the season on Saturday with Crewe the week after and the Oxford two weeks after that!!!

it's not rocket science to see such a scenario

Great, thanks.

This is my first chance to see the new look town team before I have to go back to work. Just booked my flight back home for the pox game though. I best hurry up and get my ticket for that. I might even treat myself to the Town end and join In The vocal abuse against our inbred neighbours. I wonder if any of them will venture in the TE with us?

Of course they do, bless em. I dont think they mean actually to, it's just that they get a bit lost and confused. They are a bit special.

I had an issue with getting through for tix the other day.  Would probably be easier if they just made you wait on hold instead of going to answerphone.....

Due to the new fangled "load onto your season ticket" feature, I don't have a paper ticket - Reading is a 3pm kick off isn't it ?

Nothing to do with Readng but does anyone know if tickets can bought on the night at Bristol City ? overheard someone say tickets will be made available on the night but info hasn't been released yet. Was just wondering if anybody knows.

Sign in the ticket office earlier said it was all ticket for our fans, so I'm going to guess not. Don't know if that means you'll be able to get in the home end on the night if you so wished. Could be where the confusion comes from

Cheers dave, not sure if I'll be back from work in time so was going to leave it till last minute. Think it's only £10 though so might just a ticket tomorrow anyway.
