Argentina looked poor but Kun Aguero scored a world class volley to save them a point. Brazil played and it was the worst side I have seen them field in my lifetime - a midfield pairing of Ramires and Lucas Leiva just isn't the sort of quality you expect from them. This Neymar lad every one is hyping up looked poor too and dives more than Drogba and David Haye combined! Watching Chile vs Mexico as I type. Its the first I have seen of this Alexis Sanchez who many of the big clubs are after. He looks quality and if he signs for Barca as reported they might as well give them all the trophies now. He's in the same mould as Messi, not as good obviously but with a few more step overs. Seeing those two play together would be something special- even more special than watching barca already is. The football season really is never ending nowadays. The gold cup just finished now this and I see Fulham had their first qualifying game for the Eropa League this week - starting to get excited for the first game now! |
