They just had a bloke who had apparently, gone to the toilet during the night, slipped off the toilet seat and landed on a toilet brush which ended rammed firmly up his arse. So far up that they had to refer him to the surgery team due to possible bowel damage. Why not just tell the truth? Just make yourself look a bigger twat by coming up with some story.
