The staff dishing out the abuse are absolute scum. Some of them have been arrested now but you just know they'll get away with it and not face any jail time. Why don't they throw the book at people like this? It's assault, abuse, torture amongst other things and should be treated as such. You had to feel for the patients families, especially the ones whose daughter had told them about the abuse and they didn't believe her. Must have been sole destroying for them to watch that video and very difficult allowing it to be broadcast as well.
