I think it's all a bit silly. Firstly it's a pointless story from the Adver. WTF has this got to do with anything? Secondly why on earth is this bloke saying this: "If he thinks he is going to get players of his calibre and skill then he is mistaken - he won’t." when it's pretty clear that PDC said in this press conference that he wants strong players and players that are familiar with this level of football. What a spastic thing to come out with. Slow news day again.

Just a thought, but maybe he was asked a stupid question along the lines of... "Di Canio at Swindon is looking to get players in from Tottenham and Milan - how do you think you'll compete against clubs with those sorts of contacts and resources?"

People seem to forget that the stories we read in the Adver don't come as a result of the manager pressing the "Talk to Press" button.

The question is if M.K really have no history - why are they hated? I neither like or dislike them - I don't care about them. But people hate them because of what they did in their change from Wimbledon (which was not right at all I agree 100%)

AFC are just the same in the sense of setting up a new team (don't forget in doing so they nicked a lot of Kingstonian supporters) but without the bad stuff.They may have been 'given' the history but it really it not theirs

The history doesn't belong to the club, it belongs to the fans who have supported a long-term protest against the Franchise project

Franchise didn't just 'change' from Wimbledon.

They are an entirely new club that stole the legitimate place of a legitimate team. Every other team has to start in non-league and work their way up, just as the real dons have done. All except for the franchise who purchased their league position.

Do you think that's fair?
