Does anyone know if they have a facility to actually go in and see books/records/manuscripts? Maybe it is just a storage place which means a trip to there library in Oxford :headhurts: They opened up a while back to help store the millions of books/records etc as Oxford was full. Am nipping there tomorow but just wondered if anyone could tell me. And nor is that an open access library - you have to be a member of the University or able to present credentials as a legitimate scholar

All the information is on their website: http://www.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/ Basically, you need a very legitimate academic reason to use one of their libraries and then they might let you in. You can't just turn up for a casual flick through their books and a quick wank in the adult section.
