Title: Alan Navarro
Post by: Bob's Orange on Monday, July 4, 2005, 16:44:58
King says Navarro is on trial, here is a Tranmere view of him

He's a midfielder and was expected to be a star of the future when we payed Liverpool 225,000 for him in 2001-2.But then 5 games into the next season(2002-3) he was taken off against Huddersfield and after 12 months out injured,he came back a different player!

He works hard and is a good tackler but wasn't good enough to be kept on at Tranmere in the end and didn't make a single appearance last season and was farmed out on loan to Chester and Macclesfield but thats about it!

I wish him well!

Could be a decent replacement for Hewlett? Well, a diseased rhinoceres's left testacle would be a good replacement for Hewlett, but you get my drift!! 8)

Wowow I'd love him.  He's brilliant on FM!  He always scores against me.  Sign him up, bloody hell, we'll be in the hunt at this rate!
