Title: Huddersfield Post by: stfcinbmth on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 13:29:43 Have just equalised. Arsenal down to ten, but Udders more than holding their own. Not a bad game
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: stfcinbmth on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 13:49:00 Soft penalty from a Bendtner dive 2–1 to the Arse
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Costanza on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 13:49:42 I'd rather have Arsenal win that one.
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Batch on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 13:50:31 good game. Arsenal have been fortunate, though down to 10 men. God I hate Wenger.
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: stfcinbmth on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 13:52:11 I am still very fond of the Cup, so love to see the so called big boys dumped out
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Costanza on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 13:55:11 Yeah but it's not the same when the 'plucky minnows' like Crawley have a bit of financial clout behind them.
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: stfcinbmth on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 14:02:55 Yeah but it's not the same when the 'plucky minnows' like Crawley have a bit of financial clout behind them. Understand what your saying, however the 'plucky minnows' still have to beat what's out in front of them. Unfortunately the Udders didn't manage it. 2–1 to the Arse Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Saxondale on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 14:05:52 Man City Vs Notts county just started. What a horrible pitch at meadow lane. I fully expect drury to do his usual and cum if Notts county score a goal.

Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Batch on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 14:07:25 Egg chasing has knackered that pitch good and proper.

I fully expect drury to do his usual and cum if Notts county score a goal. Just switched over. Yep pitch looks a disgrace Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Bob's Orange on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 14:10:08 I was just thinking about Huddersfield whilst watching that game. They had a similar season to us last year, losing in the play-offs. What a contrast they've had to us this season. 3rd in the league, a good FA Cup run and in the Johnstone's paint regional final. They have a wealthy board (I assume) and have spent a fair bit on players but it looks like they are getting a reasonable return on the investment (possible promotion and an away trip to Arsenal must be worth a decent amount)

If they don't go up this year it may well have all been a waste.Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Bob's Orange on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 15:09:51 http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/businessnews/No-Town-spending-spree-pledge.6217053.jp
Their owner says the same sort of stuff Fitton does. Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: OOH! "Any thoughts of a new stadium, big transfers or wages spending sprees should be quickly dispelled " Why would any one from Huddersfield want a new stadium for any way? There's nowt wrong with the one they've got ??? Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Nemo on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 16:05:57 I usually really get into the FA Cup despite ITV generally annoying me with patronising the hell out of everyone right left and centre, but not this year, I think because the "minnow" clubs are all inherently unlikeable. Underdog or not, I have no wish to see Lee Hughes or Steve Evans being successful.
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: DV on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 16:13:27 and now they have that fat cunt ruddock doing the draw

Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Nemo on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 16:44:26 Michael Dawson has had an absolute mare, ten minutes into Spurs v Fulham, he's given away the ball for one penalty and then conceded a second and been sent off.
Impressive for 12 minutes work that! Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Bob's Orange on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 16:59:28 3-0 Fulham. Spurs shambolic.
Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Saxondale on Sunday, January 30, 2011, 17:06:42 Are they Swindon in disguise?

Title: Re: Huddersfield Post by: Nick Bamosomi on Monday, January 31, 2011, 08:42:47 Manchester United Vs Crawley how shit, bastard cunts They reckon Crawley are set to make about a million on ticket prices alone. And Steve Evans shouldn't even be allowed to be a manager after what he's done. Pisses me right off. |
