Of course Uncle Jack was found guilty by FIFA of selling 2006 WC tickets at inflated prices via his travel company, and they fined him his profits to go to charity. As far as I know of, he hasn't paid a penny of his 'fine'....and he still hasn't paid the T&T players they WC bonuses from 2006, despite a legal judgement that he has to pay up.
