Title: Team v. Crawley Post by: cib on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 19:20:03 With all the Wilson-bashing at the minute, why not show yourself to be his apprentice by picking your team for the cup upset at Crawley, on the telly on Friday...
Smith Caddis LJF Cuthbert Rose Prutton Douglas Timlin JPM Ritchie Austin Pack the midfield, use Cuthbert in the centre - get a draw and take them back to the CG at least. Title: Re: Team v. Smith Caddis LJF Cuthbert Rose Prutton Douglas Timlin JPM Ritchie Austin Pack the midfield, use Cuthbert in the centre - get a draw and take them back to the CG at least. Isn't Douglas ruled out after last nights hamstring injury? Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: Dr Pierre Chang on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 19:23:11 Going to Crawley and playing for a draw.
Sadly, I would probably take that at the minute. Smith Cuthbert (Amankwaah if fit) LJF Morisson Rose JPM/Caddis Prutton Douglas/Timlin if JD is out. Ritchie Austin Dossevi Don't like Cuthbert at right back but who else is there if Amankwaah is out? Thomspon isn't ready yet. Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: leefer on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 19:25:28 Amankwah isn't out...just not being picked.
Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: herthab on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 19:28:00 Amankwah isn't out...just not being picked. Probably because he's been shit this season. Apparently he's been carrying an ankle injury for a while, but was playing anyway, until his performances warranted a rest. Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: suttonred on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 19:37:58 Not what the O/S has been saying for 3 weeks. He's been injured and returned to training late last week.

Sheehan Cuthbert LJF Rose JPM/Caddis Prutton Douglas/Ferry if JD is out. Ritchie Austin Dossevi Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: Nomoreheroes on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 20:09:59 I wouldn't be surprised to see Sheehan and Caddis brought in to play infront of Rose and Cuthbert to try to offer more protection. So:
Smith Cuthbert LJF Morisson Rose Caddis Prutton Timlin Ferry Sheehan Austin Subs: Dossevi, JPM Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: adje on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 20:17:41 Smith
Amankwaah Cuthbert Jean Francois Sheehan Caddis Ferry Prutton Ritchie Ball Austin ..for me Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: jb on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 20:18:37 I wouldn't be surprised to see Sheehan and Caddis brought in to play infront of Rose and Cuthbert to try to offer more protection. So: Smith Cuthbert LJF Morisson Rose Caddis Prutton Timlin Ferry Sheehan Austin Subs: Dossevi, JPM I would like to see Sheehan left back and Rose left wing. Sheehan is better at defending and Rose is better at attacking. Is Pericard still injured? Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: Nomoreheroes on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 20:27:18 I would like to see Sheehan left back and Rose left wing. I get the feeling that Pericard is a gonner. Thought the interview with Wilson after the Brentford game was interesting as I thought that he showed a bit of anger at the fact that Pericard had to be taken off with an injury. Had the feeling from the tone of phrase that Wilson was a bit annoyed with him and felt a little let down by him....I could be puttin g 2 and 2 together and getting 64 though.Sheehan is better at defending and Rose is better at attacking. Is Pericard still injured? Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: chalkies_shorts on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 20:34:19 Given how fucking useless we are at defending, I was wondering whether we might be better off playing with a sweeper - Prutton or maybe Cuthbert behind Morrison / JFL

He'll be off within 20 seconds. Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: herthab on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 20:39:52 Can you imagine Prutton as a sweeper! He'll be off within 20 seconds. Be a total waste of his undoubted talents. Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: Coca Fola on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 22:48:29 Smith

Crawley Post by: Crispy on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 23:46:38 Would it not make more sense to play the entire population of Togo at the back rather than up top? We're doing alright going forward and it might help to have a bit of cover for the error-prone back four? Disagree. Think Togo can do a job for us upfront! Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: Frigby Daser on Thursday, November 25, 2010, 08:04:47 The high temperature for Crawley on Friday is 1 degree. It'll be freezing by 7.45. I'd be surprised if it beats the weather.
Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: Ardiles on Thursday, November 25, 2010, 08:50:47 Metcheck saying temperature will have dropped to -2C by kick off.

Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: suttonred on Thursday, November 25, 2010, 12:54:15 Saying it wont snow until sunday or monday now. If that's the case it will definetely be on.
Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: joteddyred on Thursday, November 25, 2010, 13:05:29 Not what the O/S has been saying for 3 weeks. He's been injured and returned to training late last week. The man himself had a conversation with my dad earlier in the week at the gym that pretty much went along the lines of he's been back to full fitness for a couple of weeks now, but Wilson isn't even picking him for the bench! I don't imagine he'd make something like that up and personally if he's now fully fit, I'd pick up. Title: Re: Team v. Crawley Post by: gingernuggets on Thursday, November 25, 2010, 13:22:04 Crawley seem pretty confident it will be on:
